Tammy Hembrows- Worth it?

Is it worth purchasing Tammy Hembrow's 8 week booty building guide? I've read some blogs about her guide and most are saying don't because it's generic training. [I'm saving up for a Jordan Edwards fat shredding challenge.]

Opinions?

Logically my mind is saying: You could go to a personal trainer and have them make you a personal guide suited to your needs verses shelling out $50. However a personal trainer for my gym is around $400 for a couple of months...

I like Tammy, but... I don't think it's worth it because you can create your personal healthy meal plan just by watching YouTube videos and reading articles. I also think she isn't doing anything revolutionary, as you said, lifting heavy with special machines at the gym will grow your booty. Good luck!
