Alright! This is a great idea - these sort of posts were getting a bit buried in the "diet and exercise" thread. Here is where I'm at since I started my fitness program 9 weeks ago (so I'm adding a SW or starting weight to mine):

GW: 140.0lbs

Oh yeah, because I'm so happy about this - I went from a size 12M to a 10M in the Levi's 512 "Perfectly Slimming" Boot Cut jeans!

Actually I lied a little. Ideally I'd be about 110 - 115 because that's how my body is built but I don't want to starve myself so we'll see what it's natural weight will be.

My top weight was 67 kg (147 lbs) in 2008. Since then I've lost 10 kg (22 lbs).

My current weight is also my goal weight. Now I only want to transform my body - I want to change the fat, looseness in my body into muscles. As muscles weigh more than fat I probably will gain a few kilos, but I am not too bothered.

When I was at my heaviest, one of my best friends was 9 months pregnant at the same time. She is exactly the same height as I am, but she still weighed 20 lbs less than I did. At 9 months pregnant. 130lbs still looks pudgy on me.
I got down to 120lbs a couple years ago and still wasn't satisfied. So right now I'm shooting for 115, I hate the way some parts jiggle.

That's what I've been doing these past few weeks now, I see a little progress and am hoping that I like how it turns out. I'm afraid that the muscle won't show through the problem areas, and just make me look girthy.

Well I'm back from our honeymoon, and despite all the sweet tropical drinks, and tons of carbs I ate, I only gained 2lbs (we were also really active with hikes, snorkeling and such, which I think helped).

Tell me about it - I get hundreds of spam bots on my forum daily - so many, that I have no idea who is legit, and who isn't anymore.
