keep up the good work guys! (although no one's posted for a month...)
from my original 143lbs, i managed to lose 6lbs (down to 137)!!
i've been trying to eat healthier mostly since i'm usually too tired nor do i really have the time to go for runs during my busy week :(

So far this year I've put on about eight kilos but I'm looking to gain another 20 by this time next year. My muscles are just not as big as I want. Lifting problems.

I'm about 5"7. About one and a half months ago I decided to start eating mostly plant based foods and cutting off all meat except for chicken. I used to eat a large fry and a large chocolate milk pretty much every day for lunch! :?
Before I started, I weighed 133-134 pounds, and now I weigh 123. I'm not cutting off calories or deliberately trying to lose a ton of weight - I just want to see how far eating healthy can take me. It's kind of like a "cleansing" of all of the crap in my system.
I hardly work out - However I am constantly walking places as I am still in school - but it's crazy how much weight eating healthier can make you lose. I really do miss my butt though :(

Congrats on everyone's successful weight loss! To everyone getting back into it, just keep pushing forward by eating healthy and exercising. For me, I like to lose my weight as quickly as possible so currently, I am eating between 1300-1400 calories a day and working out 4-5 days a week. I am sticking to my goals and not eating fast food and only eating until I'm full. I'm also cutting back on the portions and am done drinking alcohol (something I've been trying to quit for years). Anyways here's my stats:

I am 5'4 ½
CW: 118
GW: 110.

tore my trap in yoga and have had limited fitness classes for the last month and a half because of it...so distressing.

still being semi careful with diet and bike to and from work every day...it's unnerving to have an injury. managed to lose two pounds but I bet its fluff and not buff . :(

I find myself kind of depressed when I look at this number, it was only 7 months ago... and I have gained weight since then. Lots of stress combined with laziness led to overeating and an almost sedentary lifestyle.

Blah okay I can't remember what my last weight update was, but I'm pretty sure the scale I was using is a piece of shit because I believe it said I was close to 145 or something like that. But my new scale says 170, but I'm the same size in jeans as I was when I lost weight last time, so WHO FUCKIN KNOWS. Anywho, joined a gym 'bout a week ago, trying out intermittent fasting, yada yada, starting over I guess haha.

June 2014 I was 153 ish pounds in now 140 ish it's been a real struggle but I'm proud of myself

I'm too scared to weigh myself now, but I'm going to use this page as a way to keep myself accountable. I'm going to credit myself $10 for every workout/gym session and at the end of 30 sessions, I'm going to go on a shopping spree!

I don't know what happened but during winter I gained weight that I must lose or at least transfor into muscles.
So CW - 97,5 lbs. or 44 kg.
GW - 86 lbs. or 39 kg.

I don't know my precise weight because I have this irrational fear of going over 150 lbs, so as soon as I started getting on the chubby side, I began avoiding scales like the plague so that I don't have to know about it if I'm over that number. That said, I fit about the same in my clothes as I did when I was weighing around 145-150 at dr's appointments a few years ago, so I'm around 150. I've told myself I'll get on the scale after a month of intense dieting...I'm about to finish week 2.

Anyway! My ultimate goal weight would be about 105, but I don't think I could get there without developing some very unhealthy habits just knowing myself. Like I've been eating about 1000 calories a day to jumpstart my diet, and I could definitely get down to 105 if I made a permanent habit out of that, but you know, I probably shouldn't. Realistically, I think I'd be happy at 120. Maybe 125.

I was 115 two and a half years ago. I went up to 135 and I'm now 119, still heavier than I used to be. I will get down to 100 because I know I can do it.

Poor, naïve me.
Years after this post I became 51kg. Currently I'm fighting to reduce them and I have moderate success at 4kg. for 3 weeks.
So:
Previous weight: 51.6kg
Current weight: 47.5kg
Goal weight: 40kg
