Re: How often do you work out in a week?
I try to work out 5-6 times a week. Recently between exams, graduation, and the holidays it hasn't happened much. Hopefully in a week or so I can get back into the swing of things.

I follow the Blogilates monthly calendar. I normally aim to do 4 or 5 of the 6 workouts a week. Weekends are typically pretty busy for me. I get cardio in with other things during that time.

During a good week I do 6-7. Lately it's been 0. In related news, my procrastination exercises have been going splendidly.

5 times a week without fail with an occasionally 6th session depending if I play indoor (footsal) or if Im feeling like a hike or stair run

I used to exercise everyday but that's fallen to the side as school's starting.

Re: How often do you work out in a week?
My week usually looks like:
Monday: Double kung fu class
Tuesday: Run before work
Wednesday: Kung fu class
Thursday: Yoga before work
Friday: Run before work
Saturday: Weights training
Sunday: Long run
This is my baseline schedule, but I definitely add in rest days when I feel tired. If my body is aching, I will skip something, usually the morning run to get more sleep. I count the yoga as a sort of recovery day too.
I've found having this variety is the key for me to stick to my workouts because it keeps it interesting. Having set, scheduled classes like the kung fu and yoga really helps too, as I am very unlikely to skip those.

Pixilein, that doesn't sound like a very nice place to try and work out...holy cow.
As for whatever body movement a person does,
I think it is something you do for yourself,
so however you get what you'd like,
I think it is all on the positive!
For me, I look at working out as a form of playing, so I like getting intense with it because I find the more I put into it, the more fun I have and the results for me have been exponential. I find it levels my energy out through the day, and makes me feel great.
