Gotta respect Staph for standing her Riply seems even bigger bitch that her. Seriously, there are 500+ people who are interested watching her rude ass on yt? Why would you do that to yourself. Maybe Staph gets her "lol I'm an asshole" thing from Riply, as Steph isn't nearly as asshole-y as, I guess, she wants to be.

I wonder why Riply feels the need to be extra defensive (if she's genuinely just that entitled and bratty then ok, good luck on the path you chose) and that way which repels most people away. Together they have some secretly-wants-to-be-likable-but-isn't-so-be-a-bitch- club.

But Stephanie said in a video GRWM that she can't stand people that say rude things and preface it with "But I'm REAL! I say these things because I'm real!" I have come across a few ladies in my life exactly like this, and deep down it ends up being because "if I say it, then it's out there, and you can't use it to hurt me because I'm owning it." So they really turn it up to 11 and just blast you with it, because you can't use it as a weapon against them. ("You can't call me fat! I own it and I don't give a shit! You can't call me an asshole! It's who I am! You just can't handle me so stay the eff over there where you can't get at me.")

I always get this vibe in her Insta posts...and I guess her and Stef have a similar mentality this way ("I have dragon lady nails! You think I don't know? I'm just being an asshole.")

...Or she could just be a HUGE douche canoe. Occram's razor would point to that.

The little I knew of Rip.ly I was intrigued and wanted to know more. Then I saw her in Stefs YouTube q&a and she did nothing but nod and parrot what Stef said. That came across as a little dicey and weird. I see her twitter and Instagram and yikes. I am sarcastic and critical af and laugh at bitchiness (Virgo) but damn.

One thing that bothers me is when people play up rants or constant snark or sass for likes. I detest insincerity. And I especially hate it when it's perpetuated constantly and can be read or viewed as stereotypical. I'm a POC so notice when people behave in stereotypes or attributed traits whether it is conscious on their behalf and pandering or they aren't just thinking before they act. Kim Thai and Hey Paris both play up generalizations and characteristics a lot too.

Finally she's on a bitch tear about Tarte um wtf have you and the other bandwagon ranting gurus been? Tarte has NEVER had a foundation in my shade. This isn't a new issue. Oh it's trendy now. But your credibility and product savvy is questionable GURU. Also since we are on the subject Too Faced and IT and Cle de Beaute ect doesn't make foundation in my shade either.

I can't take her seriously with a name like Riply. I seriously thought it was a joke with Staph was talking about her. As two grown woman they seem very angry all the time over something, don't like either of their personalities.
