I thought she cured it with roaccutane. Except she never confirmed that, it was spotted in one of the YouTube vids with her and Neels. Stress has gotten to her hard!! How does her make up look so flawless?

Could be hyperpigmentation. Red marks residual from former pimples take months to years to fade. Or hormonal acne could have made it come back, some people have to go through 2-3 rounds of accutane. Her makeup looks flawless because of facetune and her acne/pigmentation looks flat so it can be easy to cover with foundation, concealer and setting powder.

Just goes to show that no one is perfect, and that’s okay. But I wish she would show this side of her. Perhaps on her Instagram stories if she doesn’t want to ruin her Instagram aesthetic. Instagram isn’t the healthiest place for impressionable, insecure girls.

Over a year ago when she filmed that makeup tutorial with Neels in the background her skin was perfect. Could be stress, poor diet, or just hormonal reasons it came back.

Yeah, I actually popped over here bc I saw her in Alissa Violet's tutorial and was shocked. At first I actually thought she was doing some weird makeup look with like faux freckles or something. Idk, those look fresh to me since they're still pretty red. I have a similar skin tone and I would think they'd be brown if they were just old scars?

Not necessarily. It depends on the type of scarring. There’s PIH which are the brown marks and PIE which are the red marks Cindy has. Even the fresh red scars can take a while to fade and remain red (but fainter) months later.

Reviving this thread because this genuinely bugs me.
Has anyone noticed that Cindy is copying Aya Takano's art style?

You can also google her art style, the resemblance is obvious.

No credit to Aya Takano to be found, even though this is obviously inspired by her, since Takano is a well known artist.
I just don't like it when people copy another artist's very distinctive art style and then don't give any credit whatsoever.
