Look at their badges on the links down below the stats, Judy ran the 8k and Benji ran the half marathon 13.1 k, they both did better than I expected. Benji's pace for most of the course was a 7 minute mile, that's actually quite good. he finished 13.1 kilometers which is 8 miles. Judy did 8 kilometers which is almost 5 miles.

Not to nitpick, but a half marathon is 13.1 miles, not kilometers.
