I think she probably will go to Karlee Steels doctor... he took fat from multiple parts including her chin/neck area so thats probably why Sam doesnt give a fuck about all the fat shes gaining... that must be extremely unhealthy though.. its unfortunate she cant just workout... women can get an amazing ass from working out.
