Building and flipping tho similar don't tend to overlap- either you build or you flip; rarely both. And considering how many homes he cannot sell, flipping another home he probably won't sell is going to be a struggle for him.

If anything, he probably gave her a discount. We all saw that it was only her name on the mortgage (or whatever someone had found). Maybe her dad co-signed again? Maybe Geoff dropped the price dramatically for them?

She had all those lawyer meetings, and im sure her dad was involved! The house was only in her name! She prob had Dolphin sign sonething incase they split to cover her for the hoose!
Clearly she was smart enough (or someone was) to keep only in HER name!

As for common law, YES! In Canada, they are 100% common law! Even if he didnt use that address and they didnt file taxes together, they cheated the system then! Or used him as a renter. However he totally could go after her for some stuff, but im not exactly sure what as i dont know if they cheated the system or not, and if she had house protected.

Even though geoff sold her house, the sale had nothing to do with dolphin, and i dont think he would go after it! Its too much work for him. Hes prob still walking away with more then he came with. All the lavish gifts, hats and shoes she bought him. She JUST bought him new shoes in Edmonton! (Last plee to keep him?)
Plus, she seems to be staying on good terms with his fam? Buying the twins gifts still? (I know those arent geoffs kids) but i imagine she would try hard to stay on his good side? Her house is still under whatever work warrenty!

As for old house, im concinced her bro is renting from her, thus paying a portion of her new mortgage! The house never went on market.

She should be counting her blessings if she walks away from this relationship without him touching her hoose, or contents inside. Plus now she will have more cash in her acct, as she wont have to pay double for meals, or food or for him to live and his allowence. Plus trips for him. So aka more hauls for herself! Im sure her hoose is about to get more gaudy as she "barbie" pukes it everywhere in pink and ugly decore for a 5 yr old.
Maybe now she can save money again, especially since yootoob is dying!

I wonder if shes still going to go to Texas? For the meet and greet?? I wonder if Dolphin was even going with her on that? Or if it was solo? If he was going, i wonder who she will bring instead? I think it's great that they broke up (not purely for evil reasons lol) but it seems like she's been focusing on her personal channel alot more and listening to the long pitched cutie cries for better content.

I too noticed that lots of smaller influencers get sponsored by Fashion Nova and I can't believe how openly she whined on camera about them not sponsoring her and basically begging for them to notice her. So sad. I think they won't sponsor her because she keeps ordering XXS and XS everything and so she manages to make even the tackiest of clothes look even more tacky and shitty. At least other influencers make a slight effort to make them look good, but not scammy. FN would probably look at that and be like ew, that looks terrible who is going to buy our items when they see this? Plus, correct me if I'm wrong, but I think FN is big about promoting that they have sizes to fit curvy girls, and I think someone stuffing themselves into the tiniest sizes they offer would go against what they represent, because it's not exactly body positive to be in denial about what size you are. They'd be afraid that it would make them look like they actually DON'T have inclusive sizes because this smaller/average sized person can't even find sizes to fit her, so that might be discouraging to people, especially curvier girls looking for well fitting clothes.
