Honestly, it seems like Joey ends up wearing tiaras much more frequently than the average man.

Maybe that's his thing. He could be running around with a tiara on his head all day long when the camera's not on. And we would never know.

funny how after we mention that he never replies to fans, not even when reaching 2 million, a few hours later, he says he's bad at tweeting and then starts replying to fans. last time i pointed out that he never replies to fans, he started tweeting fans shortly after. and there's been occasions where i noticed that things i, or other people here, said something and then in a vlog, he happens to mention that thing.
to me, that's ultimate proof that he lurks here

Of course he checks his threads. There are lots of other YouTubers who do it as well.
If you were semi-famous, and knew there was a forum where people discussed things about you,
wouldn't you go there and see what's going on.

Hey guys, long time lurker here (I've been through all 9 parts of Joeys thread...). I love you guys and your comments about Joey, just like I love watching his videos. I just had to make an account when I realized that everyone was migrating and I wouldn't be able to get my full Joey snark-fix anymore. I'd love to know where the new place is, if anyone would be kind enough to PM me and let me know. Since this is my first ever post, I can't PM yet.

On topic though- I just about laughed my head off at the new collab videos with Shane. I think the one on Shane's channel is funnier, especially when Shane acts like a cat.

I'm going to attempt to keep this short and on point...

As Guest has already stated, this site was created for YT beauty guru discussion. So, our rules are based around the viewers of that specific community (many of which are teens and pre-teens). i have purchased a new domain and once we have gotten the yt mommy site up and running well, we will be creating a new site just for the yt personalities. the rules on that site will be geared towards that specific community.

It was brought up that people on YouTube discuss certain things and therefor it should be up for discussion here. Well, we aren't YouTube. Any website that is not 100% owned by the admin is bound by their host's TOS. Because GG (along with the new yt mom site and soon to be yt personalities site) is technically running on HostGator's servers, we are required to keep our content within their TOS. Pornography and adult content are not allowed. If someone were to report unto HostGator for being against TOS, they can shut us down. So, while we try to keep as rule free as possible, we do have to censor things a bit.

As for the "new forum". I don't feel it needs to be stated in our rules that you cannot advertise a website created to draw traffic away from our site. It's ludicrous to think that anyone would allow that type of activity to go on. FYI to the creators of said site... I noticed that you are on freeforums. You'll find that their TOS is very strictly monitored. Before moving to a paid server, we were once disabled for someone having an unclothed Barbie as their avi (pornographic image according to them) and any adult words are against TOS as well. If you feel we are harshly censoring you, just wait... lol

i don't think we'll have a problem with the forum. our talks that are more on the 18+ side aren't that sexual. yes, there's some things more sexual than others, but in general, it's things you'd say in a conversation with friends. but thanks for the warning anyways

I hope that you don't. I just know that some of the conversations here aren't exactly "family friendly" and that is what is required on Proboards and most of the other free forum sites. Any discussions of a sexual nature are considered pornographic and any cursing is adult content. One of our main reasons for moving onto a paid server was for that specific reason.

Okay to chime in on the adult talk, 13 year olds today are more explicit than i am now at 21. I mean, it was a 14 year old who wrote the gay-sex fanfiction about Joey and Shane.

I don't think the talk is anything a teenager wouldn't hear at school to be honest.

However, i do agree that talking about it for 6 pages is annoying, because it becomes vulgar and completely OT. You could move that talk into ur PMs.

I think the GG mods have made their case. Adult content is a violation of their host's TOS, which is not connected or related to YouTube's TOS. They aren't able to bend the rules to appease us. For those of you who didn't enjoy the dirty side discussions, you won't have to worry about that anymore. Problem solved!
