She was on 2090 when Chris Klemens made his video, she jumped up to 2600 after his video and slowly haemorrhaged 300 of those. Yeah she really seems to break at the extreme chore of having to call and arrange anything. When her AC wasn’t working right all she had to do was tell her management company and she couldn’t even do that. And she was engaged in what I’m pretty sure ended up being a petty lawsuit with her last landlord over something I’m willing to bet she just never reported and then got mad she was asked to pay for. Trisha having to contact repair people, plumbers, landscapers, electricians, etc....not gonna happen.

Because she essentially seemed ignorant to pre approvals before she found “the house of her dreams” she couldn’t be working with a realtor. Mine told me to get pre approved before we even saw the first house, there’s really no point in a realtor working to show you homes if you can’t afford the houses they’re showing you.
