Unless I missed seeing a "kitchen guru" aka "youtube cooking show" thread I thought I would start one.
So who do you watch? Any favorite recipe by them?
Personally I watch Nicko's kitchen, One pot chef, cookies cupcakes and cardio, foodwishes and yoyomax12 and Laura Vitale occasionally.
I've made Rum balls from onepotchef... they were good but not as easy as he made them look.

I remember there was a thread about this months and months ago. I wrote it then, and I'll write it again...I LOVE Chef John from Food Wishes!

Re: Who is your favorite guru in the kitchen?
None. They all get their recipes off google. What a bunch of frauds.
Re: Who is your favorite guru in the kitchen?
Food wishes, Laura in the Kitchen, Nicko's Kitchen and Zombie Gate.
I don't really watch them for their recipes (because I'm a fussy eater and change all recipes up anyway), more for their meal ideas - so I don't care if they're "frauds"

SortedFood.
I tried watching Laura Vitale, but I just can't take her seriously with that airy little girl voice.

I like Rosanna Pansino Nerdy Nummies stuff cause its cute and creative. But yea, most of the stuff i find youtube cooks get most of their recipes from either pintrest or google, which i can just as easily find myself. But its always good to get new ideas

Foodwishes and yoyomax12. I occasionally watch jakatak69/ The Cooking With Jack Show, but not for the actual food. I just like his product reviews. Ro Pansino is good for decorating and she has started doing 'from scratch' recipes now, which is good. Foodwishes is good for recipes and they look so amazing and I love his sense of humour. yoyomax12 is also good for decorating and her recipes are good too. Wow. I went in depth with cooking channels. oh god.

HILAH COOKING and MAANGCHI
It takes a village to raise a child, especially when the child's parents are two village idiots.

SimpleCookingChannel! The things he makes really are SO simple and they always look delicious! He even has recipes with only two or three ingredients! He replies to his comments on every video too, he is a very sweet and humble guy. He has replied to every comment I've ever left on a video of his.

http://www.youtube.com/BettysKitchen
Betty is the best. I love her. Maybe it's because I'm from Kentucky too, but her recipes are so amazing and she has EVERYTHING her video library, just search for it. I have learned so much from her. Having said that, she's basically the only cooking YouTube channel I watch.
I also really like Ken...

He has some of the most unique recipes I've come across and he's really handsome and does nice voiceovers.

I've also been following Foodwishes and Laura in the Kitchen for the longest time and I love them both.
I also enjoy Yoyomax12.
I used to watch Nerdy Nummies and IHasCupquake but they steal ideas from bloggers and rarely give credit for them. I get that recipes are not copyrighted but what they do is differently because the even decorate their baked goods the exact same way and it just rubs me off the wrong way.
