They've mentioned she idolizes Brooklyn and Bailey (I don't watch them, but I think they are around her age and do teen videos). I'm sure she wants to be a vlogger and she could make a TON of $$$ from it because she's already a famous YTer.

Personally, I just don't know anymore. She's only 13 and shouldn't be exploited...but she has been her entire life. I guess if she can start making her own money that's great, but it is so weird. YT is such a strange career path. I wish they'd let their kids at least TRY to have a bit of a normal life. Maybe at least make Avia wait until she's at least 16 to do YT as a job.

She should already have plenty of her own $. Her cut of the Disney deal should be substantial if Shay has any integrity. He used those kids for clicks and even made them work long hours for other non vlog videos. And yeah I know he supposedly opened a college account for her, but those kids should get a lot more than that imo.

B&B are 18 I think. They just graduated HS. I’m not sure how old they were when they started but I know they just released a mascara and they seem like they’re fairly popular (I watch their mom/family channel Cute Girls Hairstyles periodically.)

I totally agree, that was 5 years ago. I'm curious if kids would now be interested in things Avia would do though, like make up tutorials and clothing hauls. I could see her doing that. There's also how if she gets a lot of subs it'd probably be because they're Shaytards fans.

I feel like it'd be way cuter for her to do book reviews and other normal 13 year old things, but I couldn't see it from her either. But, if any of them do, I'd probably watch. I genuinely just don't think kids would be as interested in it now as they were in 2013. It's a shame too, but times change...

She is way too serious to do anything. If she gives out advice it will be tough love, if she tries to be funny it will come off as dry humor or sarcasm, if she does reviews or DIY it will probably be aimed at tweens and will get low views and if she sings she will be criticized because singing is not her best talent.

Soooo strange to see Avia's comment knowing it's her and her actual channel! (I've been watching since the livestream that made the tard name).

I think she would of blown up a year ago with the dance moms fad (tweens seemed to be more in the spotlight) but unsure now, you never know I guess. I'm sure if she got one of her dads friends to edit her videos for now she'll be fine

Maybe that's a "trainwreck" from a Mormon's perspective, but that sounds like a strong, healthy independent woman to me. God forbid a girl wants to do what she wants with her life.

I was thinking the same thing. Colette made shay the center of her world and look where it got her. Sure she’s rich and vacations in Hawaii but that has very little meaning when you are in an unhappy marriage that you can’t escape from.

This Mormon lifestyle seem like a trainwreck to me. Serving and obeying a man should never be encouraged in society. Are these women given rights before they marry? Is collete allowed to demand things from shay as his wife? It seems like he runs everything.

She's been looking quite happy lately in the vlogs though, unless she is faking it, but I dont think so.

OMG. He uploaded video of Brock and Daxton skinny dipping in the pool. And of course, he just laughs. Obviously, it's really not a big deal that they're skinny dipping in a private pool at night. But he doesn't have to upload it. It encourage it.

They really don't eat healthy at home...and the biggest issue is probably that they eat out all the time. Eating at restaurants is terrible for portion control and watching calories and nutrition.

I've noticed they've pretty much been going to high-end restaurants or ordering take-out for EVERY meal in Hawaii.

After breakfast, they went out for lunch and ice cream. Then ordered pizza for dinner. It's NO WONDER they have weight issues!

I'm guessing they are renting that house for a few weeks. Colette unpacked their luggage and they brought a ton of clothes.
