According to Trev, they have a house in Katonah, New York. Lower property prices there compared to the city, especially in the past. According to the NYT prices ranged from $435,000 to $2.695 million in 2012. Maybe the backyard picture shows the garden of that house.

Yes, I think her place warms up quite a bit. Not ideal to leave a dog alone for hours, but at least he can move into a cooler corner (or the bathroom) and get a drink (hopefully his bowls are filled).

^ thankfully Trevor seems a lot close to his siblings and parents, they seem quite united as a family. Hopefully they will sniff how full of shit she really is and make their dopey son (is it just or does Trev really seems like a quite/unaware kind of guy?) realize what he's really getting himself into. I kinda hope they run into each other. Estee is a mess and Fran is in a loving relationship, Ed (her husband) is starting a PhD program and her Etsy store is doing amazingly well (good enough to hire a full time employee).
