Well, if it was in the 900k - 1million pound range, she'd be looking at high 5k per month as a mortgage payment (assuming she had enough saved for a decent down payment). That's not that impossible for a YouTuber. She does quite a few sponsored Instagram posts per month, YouTube videos, she gets affiliate link and blog traffic-related income as well. The big question is how sustainable her income is and whether her YouTube/Blog money will carry her for the duration of her mortgage.

Also a possibility that she's renting from someone who owns her condo.

It's not politically correct to say but it is mostly middle eastern and south east asian man who come from sexually repressed and highly misogynistic cultures. They are constantly stalking and harassing western women online.

I think Estee or her financial adviser rather would be a complete idiot to have her rent at this point. Her yearly income is in the 6 figures I'm sure, but even still she'd be throwing her money away renting such an expensive flat. My guess is she put a down payment on this place, which she would never be able to do if it weren't for Aslan providing her with rent free housing all these years. Maybe that's also part of the reason it took her so long to move out - she was looking for a flat to invest in, not just rent. Not surprised by her conning people on Twitter regarding her finances and living situation - she's been doing that from day one. Though at this point you have to be a complete MORON to fall for it after she re branded to luxury everything.
