I would like to point out that the Mimi's Cafe grilled cheese is actually a 5 way grilled cheese. Its got parmesan pressed into the bread with tons of butter. Makes a mess of your hands. 4 different cheeses inside. Yes, its always oozing out like that too. Shared once with my sis and we pretty much left blobs of cheese on the plate that we didn't eat.
