It already takes a long-ass time to whip up egg whites-- why waste all that time just throwing them in all together? If she makes an excuse about how she had no time to fold them in, then don't bake anything at all. Baked foods come out way better if you take as much time as you need and don't rush through shit.

Also, she didn't specify that you needed maraschino cherries (probably because she can't pronounce it properly), but there's a BIG difference between those and regular cherries.

The cake was under cooked, which is why that top looked like it was covered in brown sugar sauce. It should have been more solid, even with a slight crunch on the edges. First thing she did wrong was to take that baking pan and put it on an open flame on the stove. That's a no-no. Baking pans are not meant for an open flame. Also, since she didn't fold in the egg whites, the cake was too dense and flat.

I never trust a cook who doesn't try their own food and see if the seasoning is correct.

WTH! Have you seen the thumbnail? why would you put a sunken cake on your cooking vlog. I would have remade it then given it to the neighbours so it did not go to waste. She seems extremely sloppy, I love baking and I am no expert, made the cake a few months back for the first time and it came out perfect. This woman has a bloody cooking channel and still cant seem to get it right.

At 2:51 Liam spits the food out but they quickly cut and go into the next shot. :|

GoldChocobo wrote:The pineapple doesn't even look baked. How is that possible??

Edit: lmao did she bake the cake and assemble the pineapple and cherries afterwards? It doesn't look baked!
I think her IG 'pitcher' was taken after she put the pineapple and cherries in the pan, before adding the cake batter...I like using pineapple tidbits when I make pineapple upside down cake, so seeing the slices with maraschino cherries was different.

I LOVE potato salad...but blue cheese dressing and peppers? No thank you! I'm all about tradition and using sweet pickles.

April really ought to try to learn something about cooking...like the science behind it, which pans NOT to use on a stove top...yikes that was scary! etc. She clearly doesn't understand the point of beating egg whites. I'd love to see her try to bake bread without a bread maker. We had a bread maker growing up, but let's face it, it's just the lazy way to make homemade bread. It is maddening to see her making money using recipes from others and 'taste testing' with a man who is so clearly full of it.

From today's vlog. Pervy asks Ape the difference and she says pastry flour and cake flour are the same, just finer. You could tell she didn't know but had today something to not look dumb.

I guess the block and delete hasn't reached CookWithCaca just yet! So glad those comments were made. At least it confirms how much Ape doesn't know.

I LOLed hard at this scene! Ape got all quiet and mouse-like. She didn't want to answer because she didn't KNOW the answer but had to pull something out of her ass like you said! lol i was so happy to see her with her tail between her legs.
