Because, sadly enough, there are people who crave attention so much that they will make an account to solely trash talk about themselves. People make their own rave topics too, hence why this post is in both sections. One of the rules on our site is that you aren't to self-promote (even if it's bad "publicity") unless it's in the single designated self-promotion thread we have on the site.
