She seemed truly happy then. In so many of her vlogs she can barely wipe the smile off her face. She was constantly out socialising, having fun with friends, spending time with her sister, uploading + editing daily. She was also going to events frequently, taking road trips with Lindsay every year and going to festivals throughout the year. She was living such a beautiful life. She also seemed to have a really special connection with Lexie.
I know she claims she wasn't happy then and is really happy now. But idk, I just get the feeling she's just convinced herself of that. Because it would be too hard to admit that she's made a mistake by leaving her whole life + all her friends - for a boy that doesn't love her as much as she loves him.
I really do hope I'm wrong, and I hope she is happy. Because going back and seeing those vlogs made me like her again. She's too young and has too much potential to be stuck in an unhappy relationship in the middle of nowhere.
Agreed. I watched back on Lexie's moving vlog, and she said talked about how Meghan was the first person she ever opened up to. It hurts to see how different things are and how
unhappy things seem. In her most recent vlogmas, she talked about looking at buying a house "a forever home" at the beginning of the year. If she and Finley cannot commit to being in a relationship, then I don't understand why they would commit to being homeowners. Being polyamorous is one thing, not wanting "labels" is another. I really hope things start to change. I don't think it'll be very long before her channel is over and she has to be "a full-time nanny."
I'm thinking back to that vlog now a few years ago where she was crying on her balcony while Neven was staying over because of how her parents were responding to her life choices. I wish she listened to where they were coming from; I think this is what they were worried about.
