Every time she says that in her videos I die a little inside. I am pretty much a corpse at this point. There is no way in hell she is a 16/18. She is most likely a 20/22 on a good day.

The spot where she has the band going around her MIGHT be 41 inches (if she pulls her measuring tape in super tight) but that sure isn’t where a bra is supposed to sit. Imagine that under a shirt? You’d be able to see her back fat wings bulging, and clearly tell her bra is too tight. Another example of her going by the smallest measurement she could find on her body, and calling that her “true size.”

I feel like it might take actually being 500 or 600 pounds before Sarah comes to reality about her weight. Or if she gets type two diabetes or some other disease associated with being morbidly obese. I'm 240 pounds and 5'2 so I understand the struggle, but I've been recently talking with my doctor and trying really hard to lower my portion sizes, eat balanced meals, and exercise 3 times a week. It's hard, but becoming seriously sick because of your weight is harder.

Then she seemed almost perplexed that the sizing for the thigh highs put her in the 18-22 sizing. She keeps claiming, "My favorite jeans are 16." Riiiiiiiight.
