The girl from Mount Weather was Echo, a grounder, I think. I don't remember what happened to her but I guess we weren't shown much afterwards.

No, there's another blonde girl who was a Sky Person. I think maybe she was one of the first to volunteer herself to give blood when they were pretending that they didnt know what the Mount Weather people were doing. But it may not be the same person...
It would make more sense for Bellamy to make a relationship with Echo but that girl is a SKy Person since she talked about floating that guy.
