So after seeing people link old videos of them, I got curious myself and looked up a bit more and I just WTF'd at this video : Whenever Sam is talking, Ricky looks a bit mental. He has some tic or twitching with his eyebrows. Just adds to his overall creepiness..

New here, but I've been Sam for years. If I'm not mistaken, she had broken up with Ricky before returning home from "uni" and then you didn't see him again until right before they got the apartment. I don't get why if he was SO horrible did she go back once she got away once. He was nowhere near her. He obviously comes from the slums.

On another note I'm happy she's happy. But I do agree with other girls that she transforms herself for whoever she's around. Around Ricky she was all grunge and blah blah all black. Now with Jason she looks idk. But it's different. With now big fake tits. I had already stopped being into her before they broke up because it's obvious she was running out of ideas. But now I really don't like Jason's vibe. These girls are right, he's creep city. She seems to like sketchy fellows. I don't get it. But oh well. How long before Jason fully snaps? Because he's obviously just as controlling sitting in the background the whole time she made the video as if he forced her.

Shit just got real. I'm not taking sides or anything, but people should remember that underneath BeautyCrush there is Sam. This whole situation is very unprofessional and shouldn't even be out there, unfortunately for her it has happened. This is a SERIOUS matter and some opinions on this forum are beyond disgusting. Yes, Jason is a douche and looks like a gnome, but lets hope he will treat her right. Jumping so fast into a new relationship maybe wasn't ideal, however she does look more happier than before...

I really feel for Sam. What a horrible thing to go through never mind have it spread all over the internet for so many poeple to read about or watch videos on.

Gonna get a personal here but I was in a quite toxic, abusive relationship for about 2 years. We were on and off all the time but I was always sucked in to going back. I was slowly being cut off from my friends, emotionally blackmailed in to refraining from speaking to or seeing certain friends, asked not to wear certain things, had my appearance insulted, was texted/called by him so often it was as if I being kept tabs on at all times... While I was never hit/punched/kicked I was pushed over and pinned against the wall, made to fear for my safety so that my flight instinct kicked in. Emotionally blackmailed in to sex and received suicidal phone calls when I tried to end the relationship... When you're in such a relationship you're blind to it; you think things are probably not as they should be but you allow love and the hope for change to keep you in it. When you get out you can finally open your eyes and see how f**ked up it was. If someone asked my ex "Were you an abusive boyfriend? Did you beat her?" would he say yes? I doubt it....

No wonder women are ashamed to come forward with these things, the backlash and disbelief is shocking. Still very few of my friends know about my experience. Sam really has my sympathy, what a situation to be in

I love how people are saying this video is "unprofessional" and shouldn't be talked about but when people make videos about their struggles with anxiety, depression, disordered eating etc they're praised for speaking out and reaching out to a large audience? Sammi did this on her VLOG channel, which is about her personal life. The abuse allegations were already out there and she made a video to get her side of the story out because her ABUSER made a video first. Why is abuse so taboo? Why can she not talk about it as its a part of her personal life and something she struggles with? She said multiple times that she didn't want to talk about it but felt as if she needed to because she was being called a liar and people were getting the wrong story.

What I personally mean when saying that this whole situation is unprofessional is the fact how the whole situation evolved and became everyones business. I really feel it for Sammi because behind that camera she is a human being just like us. Youtube is her job and a part of it is sharing personal life, however now one is forced to go into too much detail in the first place. I respect her for doing this video, it's just a shame she had to make it under shit circumstances and was literally forced to do it. The video was extremely hard to watch and she just wasn't ready. On the other hand Ricky is getting a good amount of views... and probably hate.

It's shocking just how many people are willing to label someone an abuser without any actual proof and I suppose accusing people of "victim blaming" and being pro abuse or as bad as an abuser is the easiest way to shame someone into not expressing their opinion simply because it's different to theirs.

And then to accuse you of being another account of mine supposedly is ignorant and needs to be addressed. What would I gain from making a second account, and here of all places? This site is not that serious to ever do that, who would do that? O_o Just because another poster agreed doesn't make either of us the same person or trolls. I'm a law student for goodness sake, I'm a natural debater. I think logically. I never said anyone here HAD to agree or HAD to accept my opinion or die, simply respect my views and opinions and I will do the same.

I'm sure Ricky had around 94k subs he's now down to 83k so his video backfired spectacularly!

You know a while back you guys were picking up on Sam and Jasons vlog where she said she really liked planet of the apes two and said something like she'd give it a 9/10 and Jason was like a 9??? She quickly back tracked and was like well maybe not a 9 and then lowered her review. I now think that this is massive reflection of how she was treated by Ricky and it was easier for her to back down and not stick to her original opinion as she became so used to being put down and talked over.

Looking at her old video's with Ricky it's so flipping sad that poor girl, she is clearly so unhappy. You can just see it in her body language and eyes. Also it was always being hi lighted in the comments section of her video's with Ricky why they were never affectionate because their videos always came across so awkward and forced.
