Newsflash, taking selfies and playing tickle monster is something that all teenage babysitters or older brothers are capable of. That does not make Benji a good father.

Judy and Benji need to break up. She needs to do it for her children's sake. Find a man that will love her and the kids, love them, treat them well, give them support. And Judy needs to step up and do the same for him. It's never going to happen in the Travis household. The longer she waits the more neglect her daughters have to endure from their father. He might as well just be out of the picture because he basically already is. Except at the moment he is blowing their trust funds they should have.

In other words she needs to divorce Benji ass, make sure he can't get any of her money (because he's the type of asshole that would demand spousal support from her) and just get with Ralph because we all know that Judy looks at Ralph and sees what her and her girls COULD have and what they DESERVES if she just get rid of Banjo.
