Thanks for starting this - it's a great topic, and I think we do need more of these kinds of positive threads. I have a few tips I'd like to share, and while I don't do all of these things very consistently yet, I am determined to keep trying so that I do...
1. Making sure to always take good care of yourself - sleeping enough, eating healthy and nourishing food, exercising daily, etc.
2. Exercising in the morning - I've found it helps me to feel more relaxed, focused, happy and self-disciplined, and be more productive for the rest of the day
3. Positive affirmations, positive thinking and meditation, especially in the morning - benefits include the above, as well as increasing self-esteem, compassion, and loving kindness to yourself and others
4. Planning - whether it's for the day, the week, the month - it can often make life less stressful and reduce the amount of time you waste. It helps you to prepare and to prioritize what's important, improves productivity and helps you to reach your goals/dreams in life!
5. Writing in your journal each day - reflecting on what you could have done better, processing your thoughts, feelings, what you've learned, progress with goals, etc.
6. Reading self-improvement books - there's so many of them, and plenty of good lists online

Exercising daily is a real good change for me!
I especially love self improvement books.
For meditation, I'm in love with listening to asmr. I love it to relax and it helps me so much with my of insomnia.

Taking care of yourself is very important. Personally, I set aside a beauty day for myself every week.

Life begins at the end of your comfort zone" and "Theres a difference between being comfortable and being alive" Now i always try to be outgoing, but i used to have horrible social anxiety. Whenever things start going bad i tend to cave back into it, and these are the quotes that always get me back out.
