Oh for sure that's fake. It was created by a minion for contest they hosted so the minion was obviously trying to win. She probably even used a site where you can make a convo cause its not even a screenshot its a photo of the phone too.

Agreed. Elle's looks like a weird tango dress with nude mesh for the upper part..,Elle and Blair look like big yellow and pink highlighters

I feel like they always try too hard at award shows/red carpet events. It's not like they are going to accept/present an award on TV. The gowns are kinda cheap looking too. This isn't the Met Ball, they are 2x as dolled up as the hosts.
