You can screen shot it and upload it to http://www.imgur.com then hover over the photo and in the top right hand corner of the pic, click on the drop down arrow that comes up and click "Get share links" then copy the code that says "Forums"
^^^ This is if youre doing it on a computer.
I think theres a way to post the pic from your phone, but I haven't figured it out so I just copy the imgur url and post it
