what do you mean by kettle bell stretches? do you mean stretches to do after you do a kettlebell workout??

Stretching should always be done post workout when your muscles are warm. If you stretch before you are warm, you actually risk straining a muscle.

Either way, for all workouts,whether you hit upper body, lower body, or neither (cardio/abs) I would do a variety of full body stretches every day and I recommend you do the same! this will not only help your flexibility if you are consistent with doing them every day but it will definitely help reduce muscle fatigue whether it is built up from a couple days ago or the workout you just completed. :tu:
