Re: Essiebutton (and Aslan) FAQs
Yeah, unfortunately I know first-hand. I used to rent a studio flat that was £900 a month and that was back in 2010, god knows how much it costs to rent that shoebox now!gurunoway wrote:Thats standard for London, to be honest. It surprises me that Tanya burr and Jim Chapman are able to afford 2 homes at their age, with one being in central London.lolascarlett wrote:£3000 a month? And Tanya and Jim own 2 homes? I'm seriously working in the wrong field!

Yes, you can find the prove here:Nin wrote:Estee used to live in Courteney street in London didn't she? -

It doesn't say the exact house number but if you recognized their kitchen and all it's probably the house they lived in.
Re: Essiebutton (and Aslan) FAQs
I don't know if this is common knowledge, but I know the name of the street where they currently live.

How do you know?Kake wrote:I don't know if this is common knowledge, but I know the name of the street where they currently live.
I've put two and two together and figured out that they probably live somewhere around this area now (posted this a few months ago in the general thread):
Southwark area (SE1) around Trinity Church Square, close to Kennington
On the weekend they usually go to Kennington Park with Reggie and then to the nearby Oval Farmer's market (getting those grilled cheese sandwiches)
first marker = where they found the lost dog when Essie walked Reggie
second marker = the park they walk Reggie in in the morning
Re: Essiebutton (and Aslan) FAQs
My brother lives in that part of London, so I know the area fairly well. I kind of figured it out for myself.sunshine21 wrote:How do you know?Kake wrote:I don't know if this is common knowledge, but I know the name of the street where they currently live.

You are absolutely correct, it is in that area. You can see the street name near one of the markers.

Re: Essiebutton (and Aslan) FAQs
That's so funny, I was just about to post that I figured out where they live as well! You guys are correct. From their vlogs, I've managed to pinpoint where they live. I know the exact street they live on and it's definitely over £8000 a month to live there
Re: Essiebutton (and Aslan) FAQs
^ Yeah, I think it's so scary that it's so easy to figure that out from their vlogs only.

I know! Obviously if you share your life with the world, you're going to give away your privacy etc. It did take a little snooping - I'm too curious for my own good haha!sunshine21 wrote:^ Yeah, I think it's so scary that it's so easy to figure that out from their vlogs only.

Oh my GOD. I have just realised where they live, and what they live in. There is no way in a million years they own that place.

Re: Essiebutton (and Aslan) FAQs
Their place has three floors right? There's the main floor, where their living room, kitchen and entrance is loacted. There's the top floor where Estee's office is, and there's a basement that I don't think they've ever shown. Riight?

I think it's 4 floors if it goes:JustGlow wrote:Their place has three floors right? There's the main floor, where their living room, kitchen and entrance is loacted. There's the top floor where Estee's office is, and there's a basement that I don't think they've ever shown. Riight?
- cellar/basement
- downstairs
- 1st floor: bedrooms
- top floor: Estee's office and probably another room
Estee's office has dormer windows and a lower ceiling, which would put it in the roofspace and not on the same floor as the bedrooms.
Oh my glob! I always wanted to write trashy books for lay-dees!

Has anyone found the actual house on rightmove or zoopla yet to look up the price?

Re: Essiebutton (and Aslan) FAQs
Yeah I think I just definitely figured out what street they live on, just dont know the exact house number but still that is scary that we can all figure that out just from watching their vlogs.
Re: Essiebutton (and Aslan) FAQs
I think it makes no difference if they're renting or if they bought the house as both (rent: around £8000 and the most recent sales were £1.6-2.8 m on that street) is insanely expensive.
