Melody moved in for six months after the twins were born to help with the kids. She was attending community college but we don't really know if she continued her education after moving in with Judy and Benji to be the main caregiver of the girls. She has recently moved out, possibly back into her parents' home to continue her education.

After Melody moved out Val appeared out of nowhere to move in and help with the girls. Judy thinks Val looks like Zoella, the world thinks otherwise.

She’s crazy, a narcissist, and an enabler of Benji's douchey behavior. Julianna, during her Little Mermaid phase, was quite scared of her, possibly for her uncanny resemblance to Ursula the Sea Witch.
